As President and CEO of Alpha Plus Network Inc., and APNI Health, Law leads a vast network of independent community pharmacies across California. Since 1987, he has also served as President and Chief Pharmacist of Alpha Medical Pharmacy Inc.,.Law has been a key figure in pharmacy regulation and advocacy. He served on the California State Board of Pharmacy and was appointed by Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. in 2012 and was reappointed in 2016. In 2018, his fellow Board members unanimously elected him as President of the California State Board of Pharmacy, a testament to his peers' trust in his leadership and vision.

Throughout his career, Law has held several prominent positions in the pharmacy community, including serving as Chairman of United Pharmacists Network Inc. (UPNI) and Garfield Medical Center.
